Jim Harbaugh could still learn a thing or two from Bill Belichick

Jim Harbaugh does a solid job in his attempts to keep the media at bay. Of course, he's no Bill Belichick.

49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh has generally done an impressive job in keeping the media at arms length, providing as little valuable information as possible. He sometimes will go into a random story, and that can make for some entertaining chatter.

And then there's Bill Belichick.

While Harbaugh will occasionally wax poetically about some topic or another, Bill Belichick has basically made it his goal to be as generic as humanly possible. It s easy to complain about Jim Harbaugh press conferences, but compared to Belichick, Harbaugh is a fountain of information.

If you're looking for some weekly entertainment, I recommend heading to Twitter and finding some Patriots beat writers on Mondays. Belichick usually has one or two amusing generic comments like that.
