The 49ers and Titans are back with their final injury reports for Sunday's matchup. Glenn Dorsey actually got in a limited workout on Friday, after sitting out the previous two days. He is listed as questionable, and Jim Harbaugh indicated a decision is likely to be made tomorrow. The 49ers have an open roster spot right now, and they will have to make a call on the spot. Mike Purcell remains my prediction.
Jon Baldwin is listed as questionable as he deals with an illness. He practiced Wednesday, then sat out Thursday before getting in limited work on Friday. The 49ers were dealing with the flu last week when Jonathan Goodwin showed up on the injury report. I suspect Baldwin will play, but we haven't seen anything from the non-Anquan Boldin wide receivers, so it isn't exactly a huge deal.
Jake Locker is listed as questionable for Sunday. He was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday, but then put in a full workout on Friday, getting more snaps than Ryan Fitzpatrick. This would seem to indicate Locker could play, but then I read this quote and I'm just not seeing it:
"Ryan is going forward like he is starting and I am sure Jake in his mind is (too)," Munchak said. "Jake wants it. I don't know that he'll be 100 percent honest with us, unfortunately. ... He knows how important he is to team. But he understands what we have to do and he'll go by ultimately what we decide is best, even though he may not agree with us, because there's a lot of football to go this year. We want to make sure we are doing the right thing."
I imagine some info will leak out Saturday, but this is going to appear as a game-time decision.
