The San Francisco 49ers and Jacksonville Jaguars released their injury reports, and quite a few players were upgraded to more participation. None are really surprises, but they remain notable.

On the 49ers side of things, Donte Whitner was removed entirely from the injury report. He suffered a knee injury last Sunday against the Titans, and was listed as a "full participant" on Wednesday. His removal, along with Eric Reid not making an appearance on the report means all should be well for both to play on Sunday.

The four non-participants on Wednesday (Baldwin, Dorsey, R. McDonald, J. Smith) were all limited participants on Thursday. All four are likely playing this Sunday, but I suspect all three members of the defensive line will get plenty of rest. Tony Jerod-Eddie, Quinton Dial and Demarcus Dobbs all got decent playing time last week, and if this game gets out of hand at all, expect to see plenty more of them.
