On Monday, 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh told the media that wide receiver Michael Crabtree remained on track for a mid-to-late November return. Crabtree has been rehabbing his Achilles in a fairly aggressive manner, and his return in late November would put him right at around the six month mark.
Yesterday, Crabtree sent out this Instagram video. In it he is doing some ladder drills. It is all part of the process to get back into game shape, and ready to make a contribution to the 49ers stretch run.
It is great seeing Crabtree do his thing, but I actually think the highlight of the video might be the music in the background. The 49ers play all sorts of different music during practice, but I wonder who's idea it was to play "Love Come Down" by Evelyn "Champagne" King? I don't know why, but I couldn't help but laugh when I heard it playing in the background.
Feel free to enjoy the music video.
