Our 49ers don't kick off until 1:05 p.m. PT, but in the meantime, we've got plenty of interesting football to watch. The most notable game for our purposes sees the Seattle Seahawks traveling to face the Atlanta Falcons. Seattle is the better team, but they have been inconsistent on the road. Can they turn it around?
While that's the most important game for the 49ers, the best game of the morning is likely to be the Detroit Lions at the Chicago Bears. These two teams are tied at 5-3 in what is shaping up to be a wild race in the NFC North. The Bears get back Jay Cutler, which should make this all the better a matchup.
The Philadelphia Eagles travel to face the Green Bay Packers in the first non-Aaron Rodgers start for the Packers in quite some time. The line in that game dropped from Packers -10.5 to Eagles -1. The Eagles seem the likely favorite, but let's wait and see just what a week of preparation can do for this Packers team.
We'll be back with inactives 90 minutes before game-time, and then our first game thread 15 minutes before kickoff.
