The second game of Thanksgiving kicks off at 1:30 p.m. PT on CBS, with the Dallas Cowboys hosting the Oakland Raiders. Although the two teams are a combined 10-12, they are right in the thick of the NFC and AFC playoff races. The Raiders are 4-7, but only one game back in the wildcard race. The Cowboys are 6-5, and hold the tiebreaker edge over the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.
The playoff implications are all well and good, but there is a much more important question in this game. Who exactly do you root for in a game of two of the 49ers more heated rivals. I personally think the Seahawks are the 49ers biggest rival at this point, but historically the Cowboys are the rival, and geographically, the Raiders are the rival.
If I had to choose one in this one, it would have to be the Raiders for two reasons. First, they are not the Cowboys. Second, they are still a Bay Area team. I mean that in the sense that they are fellow Bay Area brethren, and they have not yet moved to LA!
Who you got in this one?
