The 49ers bye week felt interminable at times, but it is over as we are officially into Week 10. Thursday Night Football features the Minnesota Vikings hosting Washington.
The Vikings season has gone in the tank, as they sit 1-7 and in competition for a top five draft picks. Washington is 3-5, but thanks to the crap that is the NFC East, they are only a game and a half out of first place. The Dallas Cowboys hold the top of the division, but with a road game at New Orleans, they could lose their grasp on that lead fairly easily.
Thursday Night Football frequently results in some ugly matchups, but hopefully RG3, Adrian Peterson and company are able to put on some kind of show.
