Earlier this afternoon, I mentioned the announcement that Wrestlemania was coming Levi's Stadium. Although that is not until 2015, the 49ers stadium continues to chug along toward completion. The stadium opens next August, with the San Jose Earthquakes hosting the Seattle Sounders FC in the first event. The 49ers will follow that up with two preseason games and their regular season (and hopefully playoff) slate.
We've heard plenty about the stadium, but above is some aerial video of the new stadium. The team recently announced the addition of the scoreboards, and you can see those in the video. This video appears to show the seating bowl slowly filling in with seats. Around the four minute mark, we see what I believe is the northwest entrance of the stadium. I believe stairs will lead up to the stadium.
