The San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their Week 15 Thursday practice participation reports, and things are looking better and better for the 49ers. They had nobody sitting out practice, although they are obviously not 100 percent healthy.
Offensive guard Mike Iupati remains the most notable question mark. He is listed as limited for the second straight day. He will be questionable for Sunday, and it sounds like he still is at least a week away. Matt Maiocco reported that Iupati looked slow in his Wednesday practice session. If he is unable to go Adam Snyder would get the start.
Wide receiver Michael Crabtree is listed as limited as well for the second straight day. He injured his ankle against the Seattle Seahawks but played the most snaps of any wide receiver. I imagine the team will take it easy with him in practice to make sure he's good to go for Sunday's game. I don't see why he won't play.
Cornerback Tarell Brown is once again listed as limited. Vic Fangio told the media on Thursday that when Brown's healthy enough to play, the team will slowly work him back in, much the way they did with Aldon Smith. The question is how far up the depth chart he'll work himself once he returns.
