Welcome fellow bandwagoners! I didn't get to watch the whole game (they were playing the Seahawk game where I live) but I got to watch the final drive. So, I'll keep this short and sweet, and make a longer post when I can get some All-22.

WHAT A THROW AND CATCH! Patton may not have scored a TD, but he made a CLUTCH catch. Kaepernick trusted him enough to throw a tough-to-catch ball and THE GENERAL FOUGHT AND GOT IT. His heroic effort got them in position for a game-winning FG.
