The San Francisco 49ers host the Seattle Seahawks in a big Week 14 matchup. The 49ers are 8-4 and looking to maintain their lead in the NFC wildcard race. Oh, and it's always nice to beat their division rival. The Seahawks are 11-1 and looking to clinch the NFC West and a first round bye. The Seahawks are likely winning the division no matter what happens today, but a little rivalry always adds fuel to the fire.

The 49ers are three point favorites. They have Michael Crabtree back in the lineup, which was a notable absence when these two teams met in Week 2. The 49ers offense was shut down in that game, so we'll see if the return of Crabtree can make a difference. He is obviously a big time receiver, but the 49ers will also look to take advantage of his work as a blocker on the outside.

This will be your first quarter game thread, and we'll be back with a new thread each quarter. We'll wrap things up with a recap thread.
