Golden Nuggets: All about the bench press

Good morning ladies and gents. How did you guys enjoy the measurements and the bench press? Wasn't that fun? I really do enjoy watching the bench press, mostly because the players themselves seem to enjoy doing it and some of them really appreciate the bragging rights.

Beyond that though, real drills proper get started today. Of course, they're not the wide receiver drills we all want, but they're still drills. I actually do enjoy watching offensive linemen go through drills, and a lot can be learned about tight ends in them, as well. My favorite drills don't come until much later though, when we get to watch defensive linemen slap at targets as they turn around corners.
