Fooch's Note: Speculation may just be over:
NYG have signed DT Cullen Jenkins to a three-year deal for $8 million, $3 million guaranteed. Nice pickup.

Let the speculation begin!
Next chapter beginning??? I think so.
— Cullen Jenkins (@CullenJenkins) March 10, 2013
After the Eagles released Cullen Jenkins, he visited the Giants, 49ers, Raiders and Seahawks. There were some rumors he might consider a return to Green Bay, but the packers never emerged in the rumors.
And so, we're left to wait and wonder. USA Today's Mike Garafolo reported it was down to two teams:
Updating on Jenkins, it's not just one team in the mix. There's two. This is a veritable cage match by this weekend's standards!

Giants beat writer Jenny Vrentas followed up on that:
Told Giants are still involved in the Cullen Jenkins chase. As @mikegarafolo noted, still more than one team in mix at this point. #nyg

If this is all true, this has come down to the Giants and one other team. The Raiders could potentially offer more playing time on their defensive line. The Seahawks also might be able to offer more playing time if they let Alan Branch and Jason Jones walk. The 49ers are just coming off a Super Bowl appearance, and while they would likely be offering the least playing time, they could offer decent playing time if Ricky Jean Francois walks.
For now, we wait.
