NFL free agency kicks off at 1:00 p.m. PT, but do not expect an immediate decision by 49ers free agent defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois.
#49ers DT Ricky Jean-Francois will take visits before making a choice, per source. Teams interested: #Eagles, #Colts, #Saints, #Titans

The 49ers utility lineman has been a popular topic of rumors, as he has been expected to draw solid interest on the open market. Although he has only made a few spot starts, RJF provides versatility with his ability to play all along the line. He has been in the 3-4 with the 49ers, but his ability to move around likely provides some possibilities with 4-3 teams as well.
The 49ers have been poking around some options to replace Ricky Jean. Last week they brought in Cullen Jenkins, who eventually decided to sign with the Giants. They also have been connected with Raiders free agent Desmond Bryant.
I think the team is more likely to draft a defensive lineman, but if the price is right, Bryant is an intriguing option. However, I suspect the price will not be quite so right.
