Day three of free agency has been a bit more quiet, but there's enough happening, and enough discussion, that I figured why not create a second live blog thread? We don't have as much news for you at this point, but we'll keep an eye out.
7:17p.m. - John Abraham is headed to New England on Friday. The 49ers hosted him last week.
In addition to Adrian Wilson, Patriots will host ex-Falcons DE John Abraham on a visit tomorrow.

5:09 p.m. - The Seahawks continue adding defensive talent, signing defensive end Michael Bennett to a one-year deal. I have to say, this run of moves is really quite impressive. I thought they overpaid for Percy Harvin, but the addition of Bennett and Cliff Avril gives them crazy depth on their line.
DE Michael Bennett agrees to one-year, $5 million deal with the Seahawks, per league source.

The big news outside of San Francisco is Connor Barwin signing with the Eagles for a deal reported to be six years and $36 million. Not too shabby as the Eagles look to fill out their 3-4 defense. According to Jeff McLane, the deal only includes $8 million guaranteed in the first two years. As with so many NFL contracts, it's all about the details.
The Patriots signed Leon Washington, per Leon Washington's Twitter account. He will work as a return man and a change of pace option in that backfield. I think that's a pretty solid signing for the Patriots. Low key, but valuable.
Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings is meeting with the Minnesota Vikings on Friday. The Vikings brought back Jerome Simpson, but otherwise are slim on wide receivers. Jennings is talented, but will he leave Aaron Rodgers for Christian Ponder and Matt Cassel? Seriously?
