NFL free agency continues to move along, but we are in a bit more of a slow and steady pace on day four. Deals are going to happen and visits will be scheduled, but now we have more of a sort of game of chicken as teams and players stare each other down. I think smart teams are playing the long con and looking to force players into a position to sign slightly less desirable deals.
4:14 p.m. - Wow, this is big.
Greg Jennings reached agreement with...the Vikings.

1:20 p.m. - Apparently Dumervil actually has been released. Reports indicating the contract was not faxed back in time for some 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time deadline.
Hold on, contract not filed in time. Elvis Dumervil has been officially released
— Mike Klis (@MikeKlis) March 15, 2013
Broncos didn't get fax with Elvis Dumervil signature on contract until 2:07 p.m. -- 7 minutes and 1 second past the deadline!
— Mike Klis (@MikeKlis) March 15, 2013
Broncos could still sign Elvis Dumervil but there are salary cap implications. Not that simple.
— Mike Klis (@MikeKlis) March 15, 2013
12:58 p.m. - There were reports Dumervil was just about out of town. This is pretty big for the Broncos defense.
Elvis Dumervil agreed to salary reduction, smartly. Remains in Denver.

12:40 p.m. - A couple of updates on Louis Delmas, Ed Reed, Charles Woodson and Nnamdi Asomugha
11:46 a.m. - This is certainly interesting
Our folks at @nflnetwork tell us Ed Reed left the building in Houston w/o a deal. Nothing expected today.

11:07 a.m. - All about The U, right?
Andre Johnson said today he thinks the Texans "will get a deal done" with Ed Reed. "it's all positive," he said.

10:45 a.m. - The Chiefs added Geoff Schwartz. They are signing all sorts of people in free agency. Crazy stuff.

— Aaron Wilson (@RavensInsider) March 15, 2013
10:18 a.m. - We've got some numbers on Tony Gonzalez's contract. He actually signed a two-year deal, so we'll see if he lasts it. The 49ers host the Falcons this fall.
Tony Gonzalez contract was 2-years, $14 million with $7 million guaranteed. Cap number for 2013 = $5.25 million

9:33 a.m. - It appears the Rams are not going to be securing the services of Jake Long right now.
After spending parts of 3 days in St. Louis league sources say Jake Long scheduled to leave town his afternoon. At this point still no deal.

8:33 a.m. - It is not particularly surprising, but worth noting that Kevin Kolb is likely heading to the market.
QB Kevin Kolb rejected the Cardinals contract restructuring and will be released by 4:00 PM ET, source confirmed.
— Adam Caplan (@caplannfl) March 15, 2013
7:50 a.m. - For now, we've got a few interesting tidbits. Ed Reed would appear more and more likely to be close to getting something done with the Texans.

— Aaron Wilson (@RavensInsider) March 15, 2013
The Texans were close to getting a deal done yesterday. Reed is still in town, and he's not here to see the Rodeo.
— John McClain (@McClain_on_NFL) March 15, 2013
This is another one that isn't huge news, but is worth noting regarding Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta
#49ers haven't called, source said... @ravensinsider RFA TE Dennis Pitta has been getting preliminary inquiries from more than one team ...
— Matt Barrows (@mattbarrows) March 15, 2013
We'll be here all day with updates as they come in. There is not a lot of juicy details for now, but there is still content to be found. Keep checking back throughout the day. I'll post updates in the live blog, and also pull out more 49ers-specific content into their own posts, as we've done the last two days.
