A lot of 49ers fans have been intrigued by B.J. Daniels since the team selected him in the seventh round of the 2013 draft. He wasn't really expected to be drafted, so many seem surprised to have seen his name called. What is his role with the team and what is his future? Some have deduced that he is to play Russell Wilson in practice. Others think he could be the new 'Swiss Army Knife', a role vacated by the departure of Delanie Walker via free agency. Kordell Stewart, aka Slash, played for the Steelers in the '90s and was a hybrid quarterback, wide receiver, who knows what kind of player.

Can Daniels actually push Scott Tolzien or Colt McCoy for a roster spot? It seems unlikely, but you never know. On to the links...
