Golden Nuggets: Godspeed, Kyle Williams

Friday, May 17th, 2013 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Jason O. Watson

Good morning ladies and gents. The most pertinent news of late is the fact that Kyle Williams got the "green light" as far as his injury is concerned. I'm really excited about the direction this team is headed at the wide receiver position. I'm not sure A.J. Jenkins will pan out just yet, but I think Williams is still one of those players with the potential to make a big difference if he gets the passes his way.

Alongside Anquan Boldin, Michael Crabtree and perhaps even rookie Quinton Patton (who, again, I am totally in love with), the San Francisco 49ers are looking pretty good at the position. The Seattle Seahawks have a stronger position for the time being, but that could change if a few 49ers players pan out.

Let's get to your linkage for the day.
