Enough people were still asking about free agent safety Charles Woodson and the 49ers that I figured it made sense to post about this. Woodson's coming to the Bay Area! Just not that part of the Bay Area...

This move does not impact the 49ers since they don't face the Raiders, but I am curious to see how Woodson fares in his return to Oakland. There has been some chatter he is just about done, but we'll see what he can do for a rebuilding Raiders squad. They have young talent, and a veteran like Woodson could do some good things for them. The Raiders are not going to be particularly good this year, so we'll see how much they get out of him.
