Washington, DC will play host to a fun charity dinner on Sunday evening, as a variety of current NFL stars will serve as celebrity waiters for Root 53 Foundation's fundraiser. Torrey Smith, Moise Fokou, Josh Wilson, Muhammad Wilkerson and others will help serve a three-course dinner to raise money for children in the metro Washington, DC area.

Tickets are still available for $75 and $200 if you want to attend. The $75 ticket includes a three-course meal, one drink and a chance to meet the various celebrity waiters. The $200 ticket gets you the dinner, but also an hour long VIP reception beforehand.

Root 53 Foundation is focused on the overall development and well being of children growing up in highly urban areas. The mission of the foundation is to prepare children to be successful by providing intellectual and emotional support. They conduct various events including a Food for Thought demonstration, which helps kids learn how to prepare healthy food. Moise Fokou also conducts a football camp in conjunction with the foundation.
