NFL power rankings, Week 2: 49ers, Seahawks up top before SNF showdown

The return of the NFL season means the return of weekly NFL power rankings! While power rankings are a subjective opportunity to generate discussion, it can be interesting seeing how different people view the team. And of course, with each weekly matchup, we can take a completely random look at what it all really means!

We've got some power rankings from SB Nation, and then a few of the other media resources out there. Since the 49ers are at or near the top, I figured I would list out the top five for each.

This week, the 49ers travel up to Seattle to face the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football. Barring another blowout, neither team should really stumble too much after this game. If the 49ers can go up to Seattle and come away with a win, it'd be hard not to move them to No. 1 across the board.
