Golden Nuggets: Confident in a 49ers victory

Friday, September 13th, 2013 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning ladies and gents. We're a couple days out from game day and I'm ... decidedly less nervous than I expected. Obviously, the Seattle Seahawks are a good team. Whether you think they're over-hyped or not, they're still very good, and always play the San Francisco 49ers hard. However, I think Colin Kaepernick and this offense can score enough to take down the 'Hawks in the end.

Most of the stuff we have in the links is preview material, but to me, that's a good thing. The 49ers are (generally) keeping out of the news for stupid mistakes and off-the-field incidents. Writing on the newsdesk, I had to cover Von Miller recently and just ... good lord. I know Aldon Smith has had his issues, and I hope he doesn't end up suspended, but geez. I think the 49ers got the better headcase in that one (if Smith can so be called).

Onto your links, folks.
