The San Francisco 49ers return home in Week 3 to face the Indianapolis Colts in a game featuring a whole lot of personnel storylines. The Jim Harbaugh-Andrew Luck connection is the most prominent, but this game features plenty of Stanford connections, and of course, the Vernon Davis-Vontae Davis connection.
More importantly, the 49ers need to get back on the winning track. The 49ers head into this game with several advantages, including the numerous injuries the Colts are dealing with right now. The 49ers need to clean things up on offense, but this is a game they need to win.
The game kicks off at 1:25 p.m. Pacific time, and will be broadcast across much of the country as the CBS National Game.
