I don't care if it had nothing to do with the San Francisco 49ers, but seeing the Baltimore Ravens lose on Thursday night was just wonderful, for me. I don't hate the Ravens by any mean, but the schadenfreude needed an outlet last night, and Peyton Manning provided it.
Seriously, what in the world, Peyton Manning? Calm down a little and let the running backs get a touchdown or two. I feel like Wes Welker was just trolling when he dropped that punt return because the rest of that offense (sans Eric Decker) was fantastic. The Broncos could be trouble this year.
But as the season goes on, I'll probably watch less and less of other teams as I get more and more obsessed with the 49ers. I generally don't watch primetime games, but I missed all of the 49ers' preseason games, so I was really hurting for some football, you see.
