Earlier last week, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was fined $10,000 last week for wearing his Beats by Dre headphones during his post-game press conference. Kap has since appealed the fine, but he is sticking with his headsets. Kap was sporting his headphones once again, only this time he taped over the little b that is the Beats logo.

Kap is in the midst of appealing the fine. In fact, he is appealing three fines. He successfully appealed a $5,512 fine for wearing his pants too high. He is also appealing the $10,000 Beats fine, and an $11,025 fine for using inappropriate language. The belief is he used the N word during the 49ers Week 2 loss to the Chicago Bears. There is no word on these latter two fines
