The San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos square off on Sunday Night Football in a Week 7 clash of potential Super Bowl participants. The 49ers are 4-2 and riding a 3-game win streak, but are dealing with numerous injuries. The Broncos are 4-1, and looking to remain a half game back of the San Diego Chargers.

The 49ers are touchdown underdogs in this game. This marks their first game as underdogs, and the biggest spread they have faced since they were 10-point underdogs to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011. The 49ers have been a strong road team under Jim Harbaugh, going 9-2-2 in their last 13 such games. Of course, these Broncos are among the handful of best teams the 49ers have faced on the road to date.

The 49ers will be without a handful of notable players on Sunday Night Football. Linebacker Patrick Willis and left guard Mike Iupati have both been ruled out for the game. Chris Borland will start in place of Willis, while Joe Looney will start in place of Iupati.

49ers inactives: CB Chris Culliver, G Mike Iupati, LB Patrick Willis, S Jimmie Ward, C Marcus Martin, WR Quinton Patton, DE Tank Carradine

Broncos inactives: WR Cody Latimer, RB Montee Ball, CB Tony Carter, LB Shaquil Barrett, G Ben Garland, T Michael Schofield and DT Mitch Unrein
