Chris Borland has made a bold life decision

My guess based on the picture above (from June minicamp) is that Chris Borland recognized that his hairline was not going anywhere positive. When I was 27, my hair was thinning out. After a couple drinks at the 2007 North Beach Festival in San Francisco, I decided to go to a local hair salon and shave my head. I went with a buzz cut as opposed to the complete Bic look. However, by the winter I decided it was time completely shave my head. I have never looked back!

It would appear Borland has the receding hairline, and finally decided it was time to go bald. It's a tough decision, but if that's the case, I applaud him!
