We are back for another week of Thursday Night Football. The Houston Texans host the Indianapolis Colts in a fairly huge early season AFC South showdown. The teams are each 3-2 and tied atop the division. The Tennessee Titans are 1-4 and the Jacksonville Jaguars are 0-5, so this division will likely come down to the Texans and Colts.
Today's game kicks off at 5:25 p.m. PT on CBS, and will be simulcast on NFL Network. We'll get the Jim Nantz, Phil Simms crew, so feel free to mute accordingly if needed. This season, TNF has featured some fairly ugly matchups, so I often end up muting it at and getting work done, while occasionally looking up at the TV.
The closest game thus far saw the Baltimore Ravens beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 26-6 in Week 2. Since then, The Falcons beat the Bucs 56-14, the Giants beat Washington 45-14, and the Packers beat the Vikings 42-10. Tonight, the Colts are a field goal favorite, so maybe we'll see something a little more competitive.
