Aldon Smith was reinstated Tuesday morning, and he joined the team for their Tuesday walkthrough. Players had media availability in the afternoon, and Smith was among those who chatted with the media.
I've posted some tweets below of his comments about his return. He talked about the community service he was involved in during his suspension, and how the kids helped him. Smith has a lot of work to do to regain the trust of people. He did not try and sell the media on how he has redeemed himself, and that everything is great. Rather, he simply said time will show where he is at. I like the fact that he did not try and BS people on this. This is not an overnight process, so we'll see what the coming days, weeks and months show.
On a football note, he hinted that he might have a new move or two to show off. We'll find out more this Sunday. I've posted tweets below, but there are also a few beat writer links you can check:
