Week 9 NFL schedule: AM slate includes key Cardinals-Cowboys matchup

New, comments
Ronald Martinez

The San Francisco 49ers get going at 1:05 p.m. against the St. Louis Rams, but in the meantime we've got a few games of note in the early schedule. The most notable being Cardinals vs. Cowboys in Dallas. The Cowboys are coming off a bad loss to Washington, and are looking to rebound. I had to schedule this out as I am traveling by train down to Santa Clara for 49ers-Rams, so I am not sure if Tony Romo has been declared inactive. Even if he is active, it will be interesting to see if he is at all limited by his back injury.

Other than that, it is primarily AFC action in the AM. The Bucs, Eagles, Vikings, and Washington are all in action, but only the Eagles are worth noting today. They face a Texans squad that has been very inconsistent this season. Hopefully the Texans are a bit more on the good side today.

Here is your full early game schedule. We'll have 49ers-Rams inactives at approximately 11:35 a.m. PT.
