The San Francisco and Seattle Seahawks released their final injury reports for Week 13, and we have some changes and question marks.
The 49ers ruled Anthony Davis and Derek Carrier out, while Vance McDonald is listed as questionable. Davis is not a shock given that Jim Harbaugh said he was still dealing with concussion symptoms at the beginning of the week. Jonathan Martin will start in his place once again, and we can only hope to see improvement from last week. Cliff Avril is a beast in the pass rush, so Martin is going to bring serious game.
Carrier injured his foot on Sunday, leaving the 49ers without two of their tight ends for a chunk of the game. This seemed to open the door to more Bruce Miller. This week, with Carrier sidelined, we are almost guaranteed to get a little more Miller. And with McDonald questionable, it could be even more so.
Tramaine Brock is listed as questionable, but considering he did not practice this week, he is highly unlikely to be active. That once again opens the door for Dontae Johnson as the nickel back. The 49ers also added Ray McDonald to the injury report on Wednesday with a knee injury. This is a new injury, but considering he is listed as probable, it would seemingly be just a tweak of some sort.
