The San Francisco 49ers put together a hideous offensive performance on Thursday, losing 19-3 to the Seattle Seahawks. It was obvious to the entire world that this was a piss-poor performance, and 49ers CEO Jed York recognized this. York sent out the following tweet as the 49ers were playing out their final offensive drive.
Thank you #49ersfaithful for coming out strong tonight. This performance wasn't acceptable. I apologize for that

I don't expect any drastic changes to personnel at this point, but the 49ers have ten days until their next game. It is safe to say they will take some time to re-assess what they are doing on the offensive side of the ball. Plenty of people are calling for Greg Roman's head, but there are so many issues in play. Colin Kaepernick was abysmal on Thursday, under- and over-throwing receivers, and generally struggling to do anything.
Will this result in any sort of changes moving forward? Like I said, I don't think we see anything drastic, but you never know what will happen. Jed York is clearly pissed off about tonight's performance, but we'll see what some sleep and clear eyes tomorrow brings.
