During Thursday's Thanksgiving game, NBC ran some quick segments with players from the game talking about their favorite Thanksgiving food. I was at the game so I missed it, but I did catch replay of what most considered the highlight of it all.
Below is some video of Vernon Davis talking about his love for yams. He says "yams, sweet potato yams", which is a little confusing because it was my understanding that yams and sweet potatoes were two different things. Maybe Vernon just likes the words. Whatever the case, it just comes across really random and kinda funny. If you get a minute, I highly recommend you check out the club remix Deadspin put together. It's fun, and considering how rough the last 24 hours have been for 49ers fans, random amusement is worth checking out.
