NFL Draft Order 2015: 49ers inch up the order

The San Francisco 49ers dropped to 7-5 this past Thursday, hurting their playoff chances, but improving their draft positioning by one spot. The loss moved the 49ers from No. 20 to No. 19. The 49ers had previously been behind the San Diego Chargers, but the Chargers comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens bumped them behind the 49ers. Spots 21 through 32 are the playoff teams, so the 49ers record keeps them just on the edge of that.

There are currently five teams with a 7-5 record, and a chance for one more. Monday Night Football features the 6-5 Miami Dolphins facing the 2-9 New York Jets. If the Dolphins win, they will remain ahead of the 49ers due to their easier strength of schedule. The 49ers still have a shot at a playoff berth, but given their recent struggles, I figured we might as well consider the draft order along with their playoff chances.

This draft order does not include Sunday Night Football or Monday Night Football. Picks 21-32 are sorted by playoff standings. Thanks for Bucs Nation for compiling this.
