Cowboys vs. Eagles 2014: SNF game time, TV schedule, odds and more

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

I imagine many 49ers fans will just want to turn off TV after Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, but if you are inclined to enjoy some Sunday Night Football, here is your open thread. The game kicks off at 5:30 p.m. PT on NBC, and brings us Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth and Michele Tafoya.

The Eagles host the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football, with first place in the NFC East on the line. The winner takes over first place in the NFC East. The Eagles beat the Cowboys in Dallas on Thanksgiving, and a win tonight would get them the season sweep of the Cowboys. It would not clinch the NFC East for them, but it would put them in the driver's seat, up one with two to go and the tiebreaker.

The loser of the game will drop into seventh place, a game back of Seattle and Green Bay for the two wild card berths. It's safe to say this is kind of an important game. If the game does NOT end in a tie, the Arizona Cardinals clinch a wild card berth.
