Good morning everyone. I hope your holidays went, are going or will go extremely well. Mine did, and I think it was because I didn't think about the San Francisco 49ers a single time during them! Well, that's not technically true, as I had just enough time to do a spit take upon seeing the Pro Bowl roster, given that Mike Iupati, one of the worst starting guards in the NFL this year, made it in.
I know I'm being somewhat harsh in that but I think that offensive line may be the worst-performing unit this past season, outside of Colin Kaepernick totally forgetting how to play the quarterback position. Whatever the case, I'm just hoping this season comes to a rather quiet end, so we can hurry up and figure out what's happening with Jim Harbaugh and who is taking over for him. Only then can the offseason really begin. Fortunately, it sounds like that thing is going to get solved sooner rather than later.
Onto your links from the day.
