Good morning everyone. The 49ers will travel to Oakland tomorrow afternoon to play the punching bag of the NFL, the Raiders. You know, as a 49er fan who has a lot of friends and family that are Raider fans, It feels really good when the 49ers are better than the Raiders. For all the 49ers flaws, and there are many, at the very least, we can say that our favorite football team is better than theirs.
The 49ers offense has been bad for a while now. There just isn't any two ways about it. But despite barely being able to beat cupcakes like Washington and the Giants, I have a lot of confidence that the 49ers win tomorrow. Why? Because the Raiders make the Giants look like a Superbowl contender. They lost last week to the Rams 52-0 and are 1-11 in all.
It feels like the playoffs have been all but forgotten since Thanksgiving, but it is still a very real possibility. But that means that the 49ers pretty much need to win out. They haven't been able to put anyone away this season, so why not start now? The Raiders should be a good opponent to beat up on and build some confidence. Sorry Raiders. To the links!
