The San Francisco 49ers have folks on hand for the nearby San Jose State Pro Day, including QB coach Geep Chryst. What's a little more interesting is where head coach Jim Harbaugh is today (h/t Cam Inman). The 49ers head coach is checking out the Virginia Tech Pro Day! And you gotta love this picture!

The Hokies have four players that seem particularly draftable. That includes cornerback Kyle Fuller, quarterback Logan Thomas, cornerback Antone Exum and defensive end James Gayle. Various draft resources differ in their assessments, but ESPN and CBS Sports in particular both include them as the only four that are likely to be drafted.
Kyle Fuller is the consensus top Hokies prospect, and has been mentioned as a potential 49ers target late in the first round, or potentially high in the second round. Harbaugh might be checking him out, but my guess is maybe he is actually checking out Logan Thomas. Trent Baalke has said Harbaugh has potentially more sway when it comes to the quarterback position.
The 49ers acquired Blaine Gabbert to join Colin Kaepernick and McLeod Bethel-Thompson. The team will add one more quarterback, whether it be through the draft or undrafted free agency. Gabbert seems likely to open the season as Kap's primary backup, but he and McBLT will not be the only ones competing behind Kap come August. 49ers beat writer Cam Inman had this to say about Thomas:
I'd love to hear what Jim Harbaugh thinks watching QB Logan Thomas at Virginia Tech pro day. His 6-6 frame sparked hype at combine

If you see any links breaking down what went down at the Tech Pro Day, drop them in here. I'll keep an eye out for more details.
