The San Francisco 49ers continue with their NFL Draft visits, as they will host Arizona State linebacker Carl Bradford on Tuesday. The prospect is part of a group of 11 prospects writing a column for USA Today Sports, discussing the draft process. He mentioned on Friday that he was getting ready for a visit with the 49ers. Monday afternoon, he tweeted that he was on his way to San Francisco (we'll forgive the "San Fran" for now).

Bradford is listed as an outside linebacker by most, but it sounds like he has played outside and inside linebacker, as well as some defensive end. In his article for USA Today, Bradford mentioned that in his visits with teams he's been told on different occasions that he could end up at all three positions.

Bradford stands in similar proportion to NaVorro Bowman, standing almost the exact same height (2/10 of an inch taller) with about eight pounds more on his frame. Given Bradford's versatility, it will be interesting to see how far he slides. I don't see the 49ers investing a sizable draft pick in an inside linebacker, but if they think he can play all over, maybe they get a little more aggressive with him. He's one of many visits the 49ers are hosting, so odds are good he does not even end up on the roster. But let's keep him on our radar.

Here's a quick rundown of some of Bradford's pertinent measurements from the Combine:

Height: 6'06"
Weight: 250 lbs
Arm length: 30 1/4"
Bench: 23
40-time: 4.76 (Pro Day: 4.72)
Vertical: 37 1/2"
Broad: 10'02"
20-yard shuttle: 4.30 (Pro Day: 4.42)
3-cone drill: 7.25 (Pro Day: 7.03)
