2014 NFL mock draft: Who should we take with the 49ers first 2nd round pick in the SB Nation mock draft?

The 49ers second round pick at No. 56 is coming up in the 2014 SB Nation NFL mock draft. We look at the options still available.

Debby Wong-USA TODAY Sports

A week ago, the 2014 SB Nation NFL mock draft hit the San Francisco 49ers first round pick, and we were able to score TCU cornerback Jason Verrett. Dan Kadar was a big fan of the pick, as he actually views Verrett as the best cornerback in this year's draft. It was an overwhelming favorite among 49ers fans, so it was an easy call when the pick came up.

We're now coming around to the 49ers first 2nd round draft pick. The 49ers are picking at No. 56 thanks to the Alex Smith trade. The pick was the Chiefs third round pick, but moved up to the second when the Chiefs finished better than 8-8.

We've gotten through pick No. 55, and I have to submit the 49ers pick at 56 by 6 a.m. PT Thursday morning. Since we're up to the 49ers, I figured I'd post all the picks to date. The 45 below have been published, and then ten more have been selected in our internal email, but not published.
