The San Francisco 49ers were at practice yesterday, and we've got a host of content to share this morning. At the very bottom, I've posted the various full recaps some of the media wrote following the OTA session. Everybody agreed that it was not an inspiring day for the passing game. The team is short Vernon Davis right now, and has some receivers working back from things, including Michael Crabtree and Stevie Johnson. As we get into training camp, pads go on, and the physicality is a bit more on display, that's when we can really start to expect a little more.
There were two tweets worth sharing. This first one comes from Chris Biderman. Marcus Lattimore's next big test is showing he is ready to take some hits and turn up the speed. Training camp awaits!
Marcus Lattimore said he felt way better this week than last. It showed. Look a lot more explosive. He’s ready to hit/get hit again.— Chris Biderman (@ChrisBiderman) June 10, 2014
This second was from this morning. Tramaine Brock is confident about the team's defensive backs.
