Good morning, the 49ers wrapped up their mandatory minicamp on Thursday and the players now have about a month off before training camp starts. I think this is probably the fewest links we've had since I joined the team here in November, but that's not to say their isn't quality. One of the more interesting things I read following the conclusion of camp was Jim Harbaugh's message to the players of "Beware with whom you associate" (sorry for the Florio link.)
For about a two week stretch in March and April, 49er fans everywhere felt like they were being punched in the gut again and again. I'm not one to tell players to be hermits and never leave their homes, but hopefully they can have a good time while still being careful and aware of their surroundings. Maybe this time when your ex girlfriend named Jesus wants to party, do what I do, pretend you aren't home and go back to playing video games. It's not to ward against yourself doing anything bad, it's to ward off all the crazies out there. Have a great month off guys, just be careful. Now lets get to those links.
