Golden Nuggets: Still talking about Colin Kaepernick's extension

New, comments

Sunday, June 8th, 2014 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. After a couple days away from paying attention to San Francisco 49ers stuff ... it sounds like everyone is still talking about Colin Kaepernick's extension. And hey, there's no problem with that, there's just not a ton of new links. In fact, most of these are hand-me-downs from Friday more than anything.

But I mean, while we're on it, I just want to reiterate that I love the deal from top to bottom, and would feel the same way even if it didn't contain the so-called "de-escalators" built in. They're just icing on the cake at this point. I did notice a post from NFL.com about the 49ers' contract talks with Jim Harbaugh, and them being "stalled," but then I realized which site they were citing in the report and gave a good laugh.

Anyway, onto the links for the day.
