San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh went ahead and took the Ice Bucket Challenge. If you don't know what that is, it's something that's ... all over the place right now. It's where folks -- numerous celebrities -- get a bucket of ice water dumped on them, and it's all for awareness of ALS. If you want to learn more or donate, please head on over to ALSA.org. Every dollar, every Tweet, every whatever helps.
General manager Trent Baalke was challenged by John Dorsey, and Baalke accepted. You can find the .gif that Fooch made (I taught him how to make it myself ... yay?) but we're here for Jim Harbaugh. He was challenged by Pete Carroll, though Harbaugh isn't taking the challenge due to Carroll, of course. He's doing it because he wants to.
Harbaugh, while he was at it, challenged the 49ers media to take part as well. Because of course. Here's some gifs, and here's the video from 49ers.com:
And this one:
Jim Harbaugh's fleece looked almost completely dry after the ice water bath. He wasn't surprised: "It's like a ShamWow!"— Bay Area Sports Guy (@BASportsGuy) August 16, 2014
