49ers vs. Broncos: How to watch the game online and on replay

The 49ers and Broncos meet up in the first NFL game in Levi's Stadium history. The game will air on CBS in the Bay Area, My/20 in Denver, and nationally on NFL Network. If you are outside the broadcast zones, and do not get NFL Network, there are ways to watch the game online and on TV.

The San Francisco 49ers open up Levi's Stadium Sunday afternoon when they host the Denver Broncos at 1 p.m. PT. The second game is usually a chance to see starters a little bit more, but not quite as much as in Week 3. Of course, I still don't think we'll see a whole lot of Colin Kaepernick. My guess is two series, but we'll see. The coaching staff would seem to need some more action from the backup quarterbacks.

Today's game will be broadcast nationally on NFL Network, in the Bay Area on KPIX-5 (CBS), and in Denver on My/20 (KTVD). The NFL Network broadcast will pick up the 49ers feed. Here are some of the regions where the 49ers and Broncos broadcasts will air:

49ers broadcast: KOVR (CBS/13 - Sacramento), KION (CBS/46 - Monterey CA), KSBY (NBC/6 - San Luis Obispo CA), KFRE (CW/59 - Fresno), KERO (ABC/23 - Bakersfield CA), KLAS (CBS/8 - Las Vegas), KOLO (ABC/8 - Reno NV), KCVU (FOX/30 - Chico CA), KBVU (FOX/29 - Eureka CA), KMVU (FOX/26 - Medford OR), KVAL (CBS/13 - Eugene OR), KTVZ (NBC/21 - Bend OR), KITV (ABC/4 - Honolulu) [TD]

Broncos broadcast: KKTV (CBS/11 - Colorado Springs), KKCO (NBC/11 - Grand Junction CO), KMYU (My/12 - Salt Lake City), KTNV (ABC/13 - Las Vegas), KWBQ (CW/19 - Albuquerque), KLWY (FOX/27 - Cheyenne WY), KTWO (ABC/2 - Casper WY), KTVQ (CBS/2 - Billings MT), KXLF (CBS/4 - Butte MT), KRTV (CBS/3 - Great Falls MT), KXLH (CBS/9 - Helena MT), KPAX (CBS/8 - Missoula MT), KOTA (MeTV/3.2 - Rapid City SD), KFVE (My/9 - Honolulu)

If you are outside the broadcast zones, and do not have NFL Network, you can watch 49ers games in one of two ways:

1. Live online stream - For $20, you can purchase access to all preseason action via NFL.com's Preseason Live. This allows you to watch games live, and on replay. There was a $5 discount code last week that might still work: DTV25

2. NFL Network replay - NFL Network re-broadcasts various preseason games in the days following the initial live broadcast. This week's 49ers-Broncos game will be re-broadcast on NFL Network on the following days and times (all times Pacific):

  • Tuesday, August 19 - 9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 20 - 1:00 p.m.
