Tramaine Brock not expected to play Sunday, according to Eric Branch

San Francisco 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock is expected to miss Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, according to Eric Branch, and confirmed by Adam Caplan. The 49ers cornerback suffered a toe injury in Week 1, and it is believed to be turf toe. The 49ers have not come out and said it is a turf toe injury, but that would explain his extended absence.

Perrish Cox would likely once again start in his place. Cox had a generally solid performance for the second straight week, and is proving to be a strong option for the 49ers.
