ESPN's Ed Werder is slowly confirming what we all kind of assumed at this point. Werder tweeted that indications are that the 49ers will start Ray McDonald and Alex Boone in Sunday's opener against the Dallas Cowboys. This has been the general belief, and naturally we start to hear these things as game day gets going. It will be interesting to see how
Ed Werder has frequently covered the Cowboys for ESPN, and it sounds like he is down there for today's game. This resulted in several tweets with 49ers comments.
