Editor's update: Culliver has suffered a concussion and is OUT for the game

The San Francisco 49ers secondary is dealing with multiple injuries, as cornerback Chris Culliver has joined cornerback Tramaine Brock on the sideline. Culliver suffered what is being described as a head and neck injury, and is questionable to return. Brock suffered a toe injury, and was also listed as questionable, although he was spotted jogging on the sideline.

The 49ers currently have veteran Perrish and rookie Dontae Johnson handling cornerback duties. Tony Romo and the Cowboys offense have imploded thus far, trailing 21-3 midway through the third quarter. The Cowboys have had success running the ball, but at some point they will need to focus more on the pass. If Brock and Culliver remain out, it will be a good test for the rookie Johnson. For now, the 49ers have the lead to work with, so it is not a crisis situation yet.
