Apple watch includes 49ers colors!

Apple had their annual launch event Tuesday morning, and someone on Twitter pointed out something kind of cool. Apple unveiled their smartwatch, which will be available in early 2015. They unveiled a variety of colors and designs, and one of them just so happens to be 49ers colors. Well, maybe the red will not be perfectly themed, but it seems pretty close.

Apple is Bay Area-based, so it would not surprise me if they did this on purpose. I don't know whether it was a primary design decision, but maybe they tipped their cap to the local franchise. I got that picture from Apple's Watch gallery. The watch will run $349 when it goes on sale. Apparently it will have a built-in gyroscope, accelerometer, a heart rate sensor, and a Taptic Engine for input sensing. I'm not entirely sure what that will do, but I suppose it sounds fancy!
