NFL playoffs 2015: Picks, predictions for NFC Championship Game, AFC Championship Game

Conference championship Sunday of the 2015 NFL playoffs is officially here. We've got staff picks for both conference championship games.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to conference championship Sunday. The 2015 NFL playoffs are fast approaching their conclusion, which means we will soon officially be able to forget about the nonsense of the last year. Or at least we can add some more 2015 context to it!

The day kicks off at 12:05 p.m. PT, with the Seattle Seahawks hosting the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game. The Seahawks are a 7.5-point favorite. That is followed at 3:40 p.m. PT with the New England Patriots hosting the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship Game. The Patriots are a 6.5-point favorite. Both games are rematches of regular season matchups in which the Seahawks and Patriots both won by at least 20 points. The Seahawks did that at home, while the Patriots won easily at Indianapolis.

We are back with another round of staff picks for the conference championship games. The most impressive performance has to go to Trevor Woods. He is now 8-0, having nailed last week's divisional round matchups. Can he follow it up with a perfect pair of title game picks? He is going with the favored Patriots, but then the underdog Packers. I imagine a few of us are hoping that prediction works out for him! Here are all our conference championship picks.
